Elizabeth T. Jones is a strategist and producer of food and design related projects. Through the development of special programming for educators and designers exploring the food medium, her work has been focused on addressing food systems and food’s social divide. She teaches what she likes to call, “Locavore Nutrition,” with Greenmarket, Studio in A School and Columbia Teachers College. While working on her first book she is pursuing a Food Studies MA at NYU. Known for her guest-blogs on GOOD and Eat Me Daily, for her delicious pies and vast knowledge of sustainable caviar, Elizabeth lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
